My wife and niece booked this location late last year for a surprise 50th birthday party. We just had our event this past weekend. During the 2 meetings (to verify layout) prior to event, the owner had OFFERED to bartend, in addition to having HIS people set up the tables, and clean up after the event for no additional charges. We arrived about 30 minutes before our set up window. A lady arrived about 15 minutes after and would not let us in until exactly 3pm, despite the rain outside. While setting up, we also had to clean the bathrooms that hadn't been done and wipe off the thick dust on the baseboards in bathrooms. I brought our liquor and cups in, and the lady asked if we hired a bartender. I told her the owner was supposed to do it and she said "I don't know why he said that, he is out of the country". This is 3 hours before our event while WE were setting up tables and chairs. About an hour before the event the owner sent my niece a text that he could not bartender, as he was out of the country at a funeral. We have 2 family members that could bartend, but never asked because we had it already. The event itself went off fine and everyone enjoyed themselves. The only cleanup that was done on staff part was rolling trash outside to the dumpster. We broke everything down early and had the venue til 11pm. At about 10:30 when we finished cleanup she verified we were done, locked the doors, and left. There is NO contract, only contact through text. We asked at least for a partial refund since his end was not held up and was denied with excuses. I see there have been a few negative similar comments left here previously. The venue is awesome and a great place to host an event. However, I must say our experience was not so pleasant. Mr. Dan was very professional in the beginning but very rude and unprofessional when it came down to us having tables and linen delivered on the date of our event. We needed bigger tables which he could not accommodate us so not only did we spend money with him but also paid to have tables and linen delivered which of course was a 3 hour window given. He would not come and let the drivers deliver before our time to be in the building, he said they could leave it outside, we had to pay for an extra hour to decorate which was not enough time and not to mention he was late opening the door and had not moved his tables and chairs as prior discussed. Over $700 was spent with him alone and the party was from 4-9 so we had to rush to get everything set up when he didn't even have anything going on in the venue prior to our event. Then he wanted to take pictures and be present for everything?? Overall, just not a good experience and we will not give him anymore business...

I was looking for a venue for my wife's surprise 40th birthday party and came across TheStudio. I couldn't have picked a better space for this special occasion. TheStudio is very nice and clean on the inside. It comes with so many accommodating amenities including a separate DJ space, televisions all around to show slides or a zoom meeting, bar area, beautiful lighting and a very elegant backdrop. My wife's party was such a huge success, I couldn't imagine it being as successful without choosing TheStudio for the venue. Dan, the owner, was very helpful. His response time to any question was almost immediate. He even served as the bartender for the party.
