As an event producer, I’ve worked with many vendors over the years, and I can confidently say that Gaston’s Culinary Services is in a league of its own. I had the pleasure of partnering with them to cater the WatchWeWin Experience at Embarc Collective, and their service was truly exceptional from start to finish.

From our very first conversation during the planning process to execution, Dani was attentive, communicative, and incredibly professional. She led the front-of-house service staff with such grace and precision—ensuring every detail was executed flawlessly. Her leadership was clear in the smooth coordination, calm presence, and welcoming energy the team brought to the entire evening.

A special shoutout goes to Fallon, who was an absolute standout. Her warmth, attentiveness, and care for both our guests and fellow vendors were deeply felt.

Chef G’s culinary talent truly elevated the experience. The food was outstanding—flavorful, beautifully presented, and more than generously portioned. But what made it even more special was that Chef G took the time to step out from behind the scenes, personally introduce himself to our guests, and walk them through each course before dinner. His presence and passion added a thoughtful, human touch that resonated deeply with everyone in the room.

Beyond the food and service, the Gaston’s team supported us in every way possible—even helping with elements outside of typical catering duties, like setting up chargers and napkins. Their flexibility and calm adaptability as our run of show shifted ensured everything continued to flow smoothly.

It was with great pleasure that we selected Gaston's for the Surprise "50th" Birthday Party for my husband.  I worked with Chef Gaston during another event, and was instantly impressed.  I set up a meeting, we sat down to go over the menu, and the professionalism of the staff was impeccable.  Once I explained the type of atmosphere I envisioned for the party, Chef Gaston initiated his plan; and it was brilliant.  My husband is a native of New York, and loves pizza and egg rolls; so instantly Chef stated, "try Naan Pizza Points, and the Vegetable Spring Rolls!"  We added his favorite toppings (Spinach/Feta), and we were off...the rest of the menu was so easy; from the Teriyaki Sesame Meatballs to the Panko Chicken Bites, which were "superb," the guests couldn't stop raving!  What stands out the most with us is that our family suffered a loss during the planning, and we received an email from the staff that they were thinking of us during the time of our bereavement.  We knew at that moment that we selected more than just a Culinary staff who saw us as a business deal; but a staff who cared about lasting relationship.  From our initial encounter, to the staff who served at the party, there was nothing but expertise and care; and the food left you wanting more!  Thank you Gaston's Culinary...

From our initial site visit with him and his team, we knew we had selected the right caterer for our special event. He not only provided a wide array of food options, but went above and beyond to accommodate the special circumstances of our event. Furthermore, every member of his team demonstrated the same commitment and attention to detail during the event that contributed to its success.
