HORRIBLE experience from jump street. Upon 1st call, female answering phone was short, curt, snarky and dismissive. When questioned about scheduling she hung up. After 45 minutes I called back; sounded like same female. I asked to speak to the owner---she said she was. After basics she told me she'd call Monday to get me scheduled. After 3 weeks of NO CALLS ON MONDAY...I called one last time; sounded to be same female answering...however she claimed to be owners sister. So i tried for approximate cost of 2 windows repaired and to get service person scheduled to come see. AGAIN....she said she needed to discuss project and would return my call with an hour---which was 2 DAYS AGO!!!!

*WHAT INSANITY IS THIS???

I'd NEVER TRUST this "company" nor do I believe they are actually professionals in this area. MY TAKE?
