Florida Nails — Local services in Tampa

I went in there yesterday had an appointment with 3:30 and did not get out until 7: 00 I went to get my nails done and a pedicure I don't know the name of the guy that did my nails and pedicure I told him no tips on my nails he put the overlay on my nails so thick without any tips who does that I've got there at 3:30 and didn't get waited on until 5:15 he was finished with my nails at 5:30 I had to go out in the car 2 wait on my pedicure it was so hot in the salon we lived in Florida the temperature yesterday was in the 90s I don't know whether it was a CDC requirement not to burn the air condition but I could not stand the Heat I waited out there till 6:30 before he started on my pedicure I left out of there at 655 the first time I went in was Saturday only two people was in the salon he told me they we're not taking any more customers it was 3:30 p.m. he said I had to make and the only appointment he had open was 3:30 Sunday they took people all the way until 6:30 p.m. the guy that did my pedicure rush through it and I am very unsatisfied I was so tired I did not feel like arguing with them I told them I was not pleased with my pedicure the owner act like it was okay I'm going back today to see if they well they redo my pedicure I paid a total o f $59 for everything and I'm not pleased with no service they provided for me I will not recommend no one go to the list salon unless you is a old customer cuz they treat a new customers an old customer different I noticed that yesterday that's very poor customer service skill when you provided a service you suppose the treat all customers the same why they make appointment maybe that's the CDC requirement but they where overbook cuz it took me 3 hours before I got service then he rushed me out I will not recommend this salon to know new customers only if you're old customer when you get...

Please read before going to this nail salon!!!!! So my mother goes to this nail salon and I really loved her nails. So I had her make me an appointment for yesterday after 5:30pm. She made the appointment for 3 of us which Michael said would be no problem. We got their at 5:34 and there was one person waiting and a few people getting ready to leave. I told them I wanted a pedicure and and a overlay they said ok, pick your color and sit down. We waited for about 15 minutes before they even started doing our pedicure. After my pedicure was done the other man that works there comes up to me and says can you come back tomorrow to get your nails done we are now closed!!!🤬🤬🤬 but he took a walk in and did her nails ... wrong by the way. I don’t live near this nail salon and I really wanted my nails done by this place. Their customer service sucks and they rushed our pedicures and I ended up not getting my nails done. I made sure to come read the reviews for local nail salons before I picked one. This had good reviews so I went ahead to get a pedicure. I specifically explained 3 times to the person that I do not like to have the sides of my toenails dug out and clipped because my feet are very sensitive and the skin easily gets irritated, and sometimes I even have to go on antibiotics because of it. (1st time at this salon) I said I wanted a cuticle trim, nail trim, and massage - and I wanted to pay for a deluxe pedicure to be sure to get the works. I don’t know if she thought I was joking about not digging at the side of my nails but she dug, and dug, and DUG and it was painful. The skin was very red and throbbing. There was MAYBE 3 minutes of massage. The polish was put on unevenly and parts of the toenails look like they only have one coat in other part looks like it has three.
