Subway — Restaurant in Tampa

I came in on October 5th at about 8:35pm. A family of four was in front of me as I waited for my turn to be served. When I was next in line, the older gentlemen who was serving me decided to also serve the family of four behind me, at the same time. I politely said "Sir, I am running late for work." He said "Well you all came in at the same time, so I will prepare all orders at once." I responded, "That is not true, we did not come in at the same time, and I just got done patiently waiting for you to serve four people." He agreed to serve me individually, after arguing, but assured me that next time he will be "making it the way he wants" and if I'm in a rush then I need to order online. Normally, I would have just left this business and went elsewhere, but I was running late. I would not recommend this place. Awfully rude customer service. My girlfriend and I visited this Subway yesterday, Sunday, around breakfast time (little before 11am) and we were attended by Debbie. Ms. Debbie made us one of the best Subway sandwiches we have had in a LONG time. We have been to Subway a few times and sometimes they are good and others times they are just "meh" - feeling rushed. Debbie though - she took her time, cheerful, respectful, made sure the chicken was spread evenly, the bread and cheese was layered on well so when it toasted it toasted nicely, and really paid attention to our sandwiches. She made our sandwiches as if she was making sandwiches for herself or her kids. Really put effort into it. My girlfriend ordered a Chicken Teriyaki and I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch. I really do hope someone from upper management at Subway reads this and gives Ms. Debbie a free lunch or something really nice because she was an absolute doll and the kind of service she gives is what will keep people coming...

I see reviews about this Subway how bad it is personally I’am from NYC where the people with the shitiest of attitude but when I came into this Subway they spoke about a lady who had an attitude but I always say if you speak to people in a proper fashion you be surprised how a person would treat you I came in this establishment with my Daughter and this lady was so nice she brought out her true professionalism about her she gets my greatest of appraisals Thank You from the Guy with the Puerto Rican Hat & T-top T- Shirt thank you for your Services.
