I want to start by saying I never write bad reviews, and I am not one of those super picky people. I am writing this review so people like me don't waste their money with this terrible company! I called DeeSonii's to service my central A/C unit because of a spike in my power bill. Over the phone they informed me the servicing would cost $180 and to have the cash in hand. I agreed. After all, it was a small price to pay to get my power bill back down to the normal $350 per month I'm used to paying. It had suddenly spiked up to $650 one month, which is why I called in these "professionals." When the technicians arrived they took a quick look at my exterior fan unit and said the "servicing" could not be done because "the capacitor needed to be changed, and it needed Freon." They said the price was to be $180, the same amount I was prepared to pay for the "servicing." What a strange coincidence, I thought. I paid them and they handed me a receipt that was impossible to read. It looked just like a bunch of scribbles. Feeling as though I might've been conned (you kinda just know when someone is lying to you), I called their office 10 minutes after the technicians left. I expressed my concern to the manager, Chuck, and it felt like he didn't care at all I was concerned. He did offer to email me a receipt that I could actually read. I wanted it so that I could educate myself on my a/c unit and avoid being scammed again. Of course, Chuck's digital receipt NEVER arrived, and on with my life I went. That's after I researched the cost of a capacitor online and realized it should cost around $15. Add 2 pounds of Freon and somehow I wasted $180 of hard earned money with that gut feeling I had been ripped off. I shrugged it off, and looked forward to my next power bill, hoping that at least they had fixed the problem. My next power bill arrived and it was $730! (I even did my best to save power for the rest of that month after they supposedly fixed my A/C). When I saw this new power bill, I thought maybe my power meter was bad so I conducted a test with an electrician friend of mine, and we narrowed the problem down to the fan unit that they worked on. Of course all my suspicions were confirmed. I called Chuck back and nicely explained my findings and frustrations. After another call where I confirmed they had misdiagnosed my unit, he finally sent one of the techs over to take another look. The tech wasted my time trying to find an excuse as to why my unit wasn't fixed. He also had the nerve and try to upsell me into buying a new control panel from them and that may be the problem, but he was not sure. I finally called another company and 30 minutes later and for a much cheaper price, my unit was finally fixed!! Long story short, the Deesonii techs didn't know anything about my unit and instead of being honest and owning up to their faults, they decided to scam me with useless work. I just hope others don't make the mistake of hiring an incompetent and dishonest company like them.    Read moreWe bought our a/c Feb. 2019, after 3 months the a/c was not cooling, they sent service several times, the third time they found the cause, since the installer did not change the tubing from our replaced a/c, there was a leak already, since it is still under warranty, we only paid for the additional tube. This month July, the a/c stop cooling again, after a week of our service request, they came and change part from the board, it run good for 4 hours, we called right away. Service came after 2 days, without asking the problem and checking the unit, he told us that its the power supply, Small tankless water heater is connected snd it is use only 10mins am& pm, it was unplug after its use. Because if my frustration I told him why it was not told to us when they installed it and the service guy that came 2 days ago, his answer make me more disappointed, he said â how do i know i am not living hereâ. Very sarcastic and unprofessional. He wants to disconnect the water heater right away but not guaranty that if its not the problem, he will connect. When we did not agree to him, He walked out, ignore my husband when my husband asking Him. He left without any report of what he did.    Read moreIt is my hope that this review improves their product as they have some great office staff and it is sad that the product is so poor. So, 5 stars to the ladies I have worked with. HOWEVER, I have two 18k split air cons, both started to leak shortly after the 1 year mark. Had to pay 80 dollars for tech to come out to tell me it leaks (it is $80 per unit btw) and to repair it would be a total of 460 dollar per unit. I can get a new Midea or Gree for a few dollars more than the repair cost. Both units leaked in the same place so it is a manufacturer defect. A third Hisense unit I have also broke, different issue. Bottom line is, in my opinion, stay away from Hisense split air con units, they are defective from the factory. So, Deesonii management, pass these comments to the manufacturer or I think you will be out of business.... also, you may want to rethink your $80 "service fee" per unit... that policy cost you a customer and motivated me to write this review. UPDATE TO REVIEW: True to their response I recieved a follow up phone call which I much appreciated. Again, everyone I worked with has been professional and pleasant. Bottom line is they worked with me and we came to a reasonable solution. My air con is now blowing cold again.
