Dollar General — Local services in Tatum

Will have to stop shopping here for even simple groceries. Milk is constantly going bad before expiration date, apple sauce expired a yr ago, taco sauce expired a yr ago. Tired of wasting my money on things you wouldn't expect to be expired. This is just recently. We've been shopping at this location for years and nothing has changed other than the cleanliness of the store and employees. So if you do HAVE to shop there. Be sure to check dates on every single item, also don't expect employees to move faster than a snail. Just a waste of a store...

Decent Dollar General. Employees are always friendly & helpful but, always check your bags for missing items. Several times I’ve gotten home & found something on my receipt is not in my bags. Happened again today. Also if price on display or shelf is wrong at check out, they will only go by what it rings up at & claim the price has changed & hasn’t been updated on the display yet. Jaslyn was so helpful tonight. I appreciate when treated with respect and not as if you are a bother. She went above and beyond w/o being asked to, she took initiative and solved a problem she had never experienced before and got both of us informed on how something worked. I truly hope she is recognized as a good employee and the manager as well for being available and assisting me. Good people...
