I didn't want never to be prejudice I asked for a combo lemon lush with extra lemon I didn't get what I asked for a large 44 ounce drink then I didn't have fries it was a combo a young man took the order a girl young girl brought the quarter in the you like sisters and brothers both with the same red hair fifteen minutes later imagine come out and ask me what's the problem I was waiting on the Fry's this is ridiculous price with the combo is it already had to bring a cold drink back I said I don't want the Press I didn't get the fries with the combo do fries cost $3 she charged me for a drink and a Burger but I ordered a combo the combo broke down and charge me for individual down and choice into each one I don't think it was fair...

It’s always a disappointment. I don’t think we’ve ever been there that the service was timely and the order was fresh or right. These tater tots, for example, are so clearly fried in old oil. They’re dark brown, dried out and so gross. There has been many times they’ve gotten our order completely wrong and they take forever. It’s probably the worst Sonic in the area. Longview Sonics and Henderson Sonics have MUCH better quality of product and service. I just have nothing good to say about Tatum’s Sonic other than it is a constant disappointment, which stinks since our options here are so few! Please find some people who take pride in their job. If there was a rating below 1 star that is what I would give this Sonic. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a regular cheeseburger, cheese sticks and tater tots with chili, cheese and onions. This was the worst food we have ever tried to eat. The patties do not even taste like real meat, the vegetables on the burgers were old and soft and the tater tots and cheese sticks dripped with grease so bad that the bottom of the bag tore it was so saturated.
