work for a volunteer organization and was looking for a small donation of a couple bags of ice. i was treated EXTREMELY pooly by the gentleman on the phone, he explained to me how dare i ask for a donation for a company that doesnt exist im wasting his time and he hung up on me. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but he could have handled it differently. a simple no would have been fine, there was no need for a lecture on his time that i apparently wasted, since i assume when you work for a company answerin silly questions on the phone IS your job. I will no longer EVER recommend this company to anyone. Please be cautious when using this company. Other companies i have worked with before have used them mulitple times.
