They r terrible. I've been using both locations Fowler and here. There was a blue and white card that you would use. For both locations. They assigned me the New Black card without checking in the system which one I had. And then these idiots made it to where the whole system changed and where they can't even press one dang on button for the blue card!
Knowing that some people still were using the old card they didn't give none of us a memo. That was changing. So MY $$ WENT TO MY OLD CARD. AND THEY ARE THROUGH TWO SEPARATE BANKS WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY STUPID BECAUSE NOW WE CAN'T EVEN TRANSFER MONEY FROM ONE TO THE OTHER BECAUSE I COULD HAVE JUST EASILY TRANSFERRED MY MONEY TO THE DANG ON BLACK CARD. NOW I HAVE AN EMPTY BLACK CARD AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY OTHER CARD AND I TOLD THEM I DIDN'T HAVE ANYWHERE TO SEND IT. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN PAID. BECAUSE OF THE INCONSIDERATION OF CSL (I HATE THEM THEY SUCK) I'M POOR AS HELL THE MANAGER DIDN'T GIVE A DARN ABOUT ME NOT HAVING MONEY TO FEED MY KIDS FOR THAT NITE. I REALLY DON'T HAVE A RELIABLE PLACE TO SEND MY MAIL. BUT HAD TO CALL FOR MY BLUE AND WHITE CARD TO BE REPLACED. AND BECAUSE IT'S SENT TO A DYSFUNCTIONAL HOME THAT I NO LONGER LIVE AT, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY CARD. NOR MY $$. SERIOUSLY, THERE'S WELFARE OFFICE IN'96 VIBES N THERE. IT'S SOO OPPRESSING...

I come in to do my donation told Monday to come in Thursday.... kiosk says please see front desk. The very nice young lady is booth 3 says someone will be with me in a moment( she is amazing always is). The unpleasant employee from booth two says I got it. She says you've been here twice already. No asking of name or anything mind you. I laugh and say today would be my second time here this week. She waves me over and states your days are Monday and Fridays. Confused I ask I was told Thursday is there a reason ? As the last day I donated was Monday and it was not explained to me your previous week determines this week's donation days. I ask ma'am how if I've only donated once this week. I asked her again to explain saying I've been once and started to get up and walk into a different room. Your employee had absolutely zero customer service knowledge on how to explain your guidelines not only that instead of calling for managment to explain to try to argue and walk away mid conversation. Now this is the 4th issue I had with this location. Thank god the manager is able to at least fix incorrect payments. Twice I was paid 45 when supposed to be 100. Now Thank god I am blessed and not reliant on these funds but I can not speak for other fellow Americans. It's absolutely disgusting that this is the treatment they receive when a staff member is absolutely clearly doesn't want to be at her job. Now imagine how she pokes your customers when she has a bad day. I came in yesterday Oct 9th for my first donation (I have donated to other places several times smoothly) after 2 hours I wasn’t even half way done with the intake even though there was no other people in the building. The staff took forever to even see me because they were too busy chatting away. After I finally got through to the screening process I was sat with someone who had no idea what she was doing. She took an hour to just ask me the questions and take my address and social. After all that time I finally got my blood pressure and heart rate taken, my heart rate was 5 over. I was then told to come back this morning Oct 10th to finish my intake and recheck my vitals so could donate. I asked if I would have to do anything else and she told me no just come in listen to the questions and answer them and I will be able to donate and that the staff would know I had been there yesterday. I went in only to be ganged up on by several staff telling me that I was deferred for proof of address. While I quite literally had it in my hand. I told them that that was not at all true and that I was told to come back today only because my heart rate was too high and to check with “ms gwen” the lady who did my intake. Who then looked me in the face and said she didn’t know who I was and pretty much told her coworkers I was lying even after my information was pulled up with her as the one who did my intake. I am beyond pissed and unhappy with the service and staff at this place. All the staff came at me and I just ended up walking out. Do better. This...
