Today was my first time going to Brickwood Boutique. It is a super cute, over priced store. I received a gift certificate to the store before all the COVID craziness. It had a line through the expiration date, so I didn't rush to go in after things opened back up. I grabbed a couple things and took them to the register to be told by the employee that they could not accept the gift certificate, even though they already received the money for it. Cute place. I've been there twice and bought something both times. Only thing is there are no refunds, only exchanges or store credit. That makes it difficult for me to consider purchasing gifts or items for my family. What if it doesn't fit? They only have a few pieces of each item so it sells out quickly.
