I’m a big fan and supporter of firehouse subs but this location has me very disappointed! Me and my wife visited this location a few days ago and the store was basically empty with just us and the employees I gave my order and it literally took them almost 30 minutes to fix our food all while they serviced and gave others that came in after us they’re food! Not one to say anything about color due to my military background but the way they responded to the white people made us feel that our money and who we were didn’t matter to them. Once we finally did receive our food it was halfway fixed with little condiments on it, like they were ready for us to leave. If this is how the employees treat your service members that are of color then I do not want to do business with an establishment like yours! Read moreI had the pleasure of visiting Firehouse Subs in Temple, TX, just one week after they opened, and I must say, the customer service was absolutely outstanding. Serena, the front desk employee, truly stood out. Her warm greetings and engaging demeanor made the entire dining experience a delight. She not only welcomed everyone coming in and leaving the restaurant but also took the time to acknowledge those waiting in line. Her positive energy was infectious and a true asset to Firehouse Subs. It's clear that Firehouse has found an exceptional employee who represents them with excellence. I couldn't be happier with the top-notch customer service I received. Kudos to Serena and the entire team at Firehouse Subs on West Adams...
Read moreI'm biased. I love Firehouse subs. For a while the only one "close" was out in Killeen. I'm super glad I don't have to go 30 minutes out of my way to get sandwiches. Firehouse fills the Quiznos shaped hole in my heart (oh how I miss that restaurant). I like hot subs and that's what they do. They do it really well IMO. Used to be you could get the cheapest sandwich for $7.25 now it's $11, I hate inflation and that's really my only complaint. I've almost eaten everything on the menu, the turkey bacon ranch and the hook and ladder are my favorites. The Italian and engineer are a close second. All in all it's unfortunate that I live so close to this one... Probably going to go broke eating here everyday. At least the...
