Beauty Bar — Local services in Texarkana

I really hate to do this, because I'm all for supporting local businesses, but this was the second consecutive appointment that I've booked in the last 6 months with the same stylist (shay) and she has been severely late. If I've scheduled an appointment, then I don't expect to be waiting for 45 minutes or an hour PLUS because you've failed to show up on time or someone is still in your chair upon my arrival. These are the types of experiences that keep someone from becoming a regular customer. Late without reaching out for an explanation AND didn't even address the issue of your blatant tardiness. As a paying customer, that's a major NO. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I thought the first time was a mishap, but after this, I definitely will not book with the same stylist.

Sidenote and a 5 star rating Luckily for me and my little princess, another stylist stepped in and exceeded expectations. A little more $, but TOTALLY worth it. My first experience the stylist over processed my hair. She was kind and happily corrected it. Today I was supposed to have my 2nd appointment. i show up and no one is there.
