Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Texarkana

My experience on tonight 2-20 21 the cashier wasn't to pleasant he was rushing me and a friend of mine..he said can I help u.. we started ordering and in the middle of the ordering not allowing us to finish our order by saying is that all ... huh really where dey do dat @...then get home to look like they used a cooking brush to to paste the sauce on pizza and the crust was hard crunchy..mind u we had special orders and waited on it for 15 mins..I do understand that they were extremely busy but for the customer service in da beginning is what really took the cake... this is the one on...

On July 1 2023 I had an enormous order!! I ordered on line! Not knowing they were under staffed! When I pulled up I couldn't believe how busy they were. I felt bad! The staff were jumping trying to get orders out that door!! I heard a women call my name with a pile of box's in her hands! I just want to say the Best Pizza we have ever had from Little Cesar's! I want say Thank You to this women working her but off! Because the customers in there were not happy and they were expressing this! With all that stress going on in there this women did...

I just waited an hour for a pizza, called the store and was told they were "backed up". I let them know, no worries, I was just checking on my pizza. I then decided to just drive to the store where both employees were outside smoking cigarettes and clearly not working. Went inside where there were literally no pizzas in the hot case behind the counter. FINALLY got my pizza. Took it home, our crazy bread was all dough. Nasty. Inedible.
