Market On the Square — Local services in The Colony

For the most part, I love the place. Prices are high, but worth it being so close. There are a few different people who work the register. For the most part, I'm pleased with the service. The guy who is there most often is nice. However...there is a smaller guy who is RUDE! Why this place allows him to be a customer service rep here is beyond me. I was there on Sunday, January 17 at 5:30. Whoever this guy is didn't say hello. Didn't ask how I was. Only thing he was was $21.62. Yep. That's it. He looked like he would rather be anywhere else in the world than there at that moment. It's a good thing a 7/11 opened up at the end of the street in either direction. I'll be going there from now on. Market needs to get rid of this guy....

I remember buying my first items at the market 10 years ago before I knew where the heck I was! I I still roller-skate over often to grab wine when the mood strikes, which is often. I love this place. I don't go there expecting long conversations with the people who work there, just convenient odds and ends that we may have forgotten to get before hosting, or snacks for an impromptu movie night.
