Kenneth Martin purchased 3 monitors from me and claimed after having the monitors in his possession for four months they have bad pixels (the monitors were used when purchased, with no returns and no refunds ... I am being forced by PayPal to pay him back for items that were in working condition when they left my site. I am not a business, just a mom trying to make a little money on the side to feed my family. Having to pay back over $500 dollars is really going to hurt my family. Thanks a lot Kenneth Martin, I hope you sleep good at night taking food out of people's mouths.
As of today, I received the monitors and they were not in the original packaging, none of the documentation or software and some of the cables were missing. The monitor stands were disassembled (they didn't come from me or DELL like that) and most of the screws are missing (so I have no way of putting them back together to try to recoup any money).
During the process of waiting for PayPal to decide whether I was going to win the dispute or not I did some research on Mr. Martin and it turns out that he has a history of place claims like this. His company BlueFish Worx out of Texas has many cases/claims like this on the Better Business Bureau of TX.
Anyways, PayPal decided in his favor because he sent me the monitors back. Know that they are useless to me now. In my opinion, he and his company should be banned from eBay and PayPal for life.
I filed a Complaint with ic3.gov against these people, maybe something will be done about them. We can only hope.
Stay away from this buyer ...WARNING... stay away from this buyer !!
UPDATE: So today is January 29, 2020
I was told by PayPal that Mr. Martin would return a partial payment of $384.22 to my account and as of yet I still am waiting for a return payment. I have been ghosted y'all. I don't know about anyone else but $384.22 is a big deal for me as a stay at home mom all the side money I make helps pay for bills and such. This is ridiculous, This...
Read moreBought about 6 laptops from them. 1 is dead and the other is damaged pretty much immediately after getting them. I used 1 of them for parts, so not a big deal. The other one was giving me random blue screens. At first it was pretty stable but got worse over time until it would immediately blue screen as soon as windows booted.
They only have a 30 day return period. I'm outside that return window. I've had it for less than 3 months. That's fine, I can understand that, I don't want to return it, I want it fixed and working. I need this laptop. Here is what I can't understand. I contacted them and asked for help. I assumed they would offer to look at it, for a fee of course. But no, they said take it to a repair shop. Tough luck basically.
Here is where things get stupid. I disassembled the laptop and found something under the motherboard, between it and the chassis. It's a part of the volume button that was broken, I'm assuming when they were reassembling the laptop the volume button was broken and a metal cover fell and they didn't see it. I don't get how that happened. It's also not my fault and I would expect them to make it right.
I contacted them back with what I found in addition to photos and the fact that the track pad is now not working. I've received no response. Won't be doing business with them again. I started recommending people check them out....
Read moreMy oh my BlueFish Worx, I purchased a refurbished HP Reverb g2 full kit from their online eBay store, They sent me a message regarding a mandatory response for a Terms and agreement on the item saying how they have pictures of the serial number just in case I try to swap it out, I agreed but then they sent me the same message multiple times, I replied to all of them saying I agreed, but this morning they sent me one again, I decided to call them because I thought I was not agreeing properly, so it took me a WHILE to find the phone number, and here I am, the lady I talked to was polite and said they never got any messages but a phone call was OK, and I guess my order is ready to be shipped. This is more of a idea or tip, maybe you should put on the message that if you keep seeing the same message call this number to agree tos there. I am currently giving a 4 star review due to me having to spend all morning looking for a phone number to call have have my near 400$ order shipped. I will change this to a 5 star review if the item arrives in the states condition (tested and working to...
