Read moreWeâve been here quite a few times and service, food and drinks are hit or miss. Before tonight weâve had previous problems but no place is perfect and we accept that. Tonight was a different story. We just left there a few minutes ago and actually walked out without ordering food. It took almost 15 minutes to get anyone to even come to our table when we walked in. Multiple servers walked by and looked at us and didnât stop. We even tried flagging one down. We were about to leave and someone finally came. I ordered the Border Crossing, which I have many times. I love it, but sometimes itâs inconsistent/wrong. After waiting a long time for my drink, it clearly had no Mezcal, it was all tequila. It should be a smoky drink but it was not at all. I come here for the smoky Vida Mezcal which most places do not carry. It was also only about 3/4 full. The ice water brought to me had a giant chip out of the glass, not a little one, it was huge. After waiting to place a food order over 15 min after the drink delivery, we decided just to leave. We asked for our drink bill, which was taking forever so we just left cash so we could get out of there and go get dinner somewhere else, we were hungry. Iâm not sure if weâll be back which is unfortunate as it has so much potential. Iâve never read the reviews here until now, and I can see this is a consistent problem others have...
Read moreCould not be more disappointed. Have been coming here since they opened. Service has always been an issue. But wanted to give them another chance, especially since I called and met up with the GM, Ashley, before hand to make sure service would not be an issue the night of our party. Brought in over 60 guests in hopes of celebrating one of our finest. Guest after guest was overcharged, for instance $60 for a glass of wine. Brought to our bartenders attention and Shelby and Kendall were rude and not helpful. Shelby cursed at us. Ashley no where to be found. This happened with several guests, not just one. Wanted to feed our guests, but could never get any service. My first food order, luckily I txt it in ahead of time, but after that, nothing. Nobody cleared plates, nobody came to ask guests if they needed something. It was just unprofessional. I sure hope the owner makes this right. Clearly the customers do not come first. Ashley was beyond unprofessional. I hope the owner does "look at footage" as he told us he would. He will see Ashley sitting at the bar, clearly not helping and not being responsive at all. All my guests were complaining how rude they were. Just...
