First I want to say that the name of this salon, The Woodlands Hair Elite, when they say Elite they mean it! It is an Elite salon! I have searched for over 20 yrs to find a salon that I love with stylists I can trust and know that my hair is in amazing, capable, talented hands. Everyone I encountered at my visit was so nice and warm and friendly. I was completely blown away by the customer service from everyone there. Now after saying all that, now about my visit! I have never walked away from getting my hair done (cut and colored) and been happy, until this visit. I would actually avoid getting my hair done because I felt like I would never find a stylist or salon that I could actually call my salon home and find true hair happiness. UNTIL I found The Woodlands Hair Elite, and my stylist Kamryn!!😄 She was so amazing, she took her time and even when we thought that what I was requesting wouldn't be able to be accomplished in one visit, she did not waiver, she was determined to achieve what I had asked for, even when it went past her time to be off, she took the time to make it happen and go the extra miles it took to complete it all in one visit! And she pulled off what had always seemed impossible, and no other stylist that I've ever had was able to do. And I absolutely loved my hair, for the first time!! All thanks to her!! She was also so friendly and fun, and clearly so incredibly talented, I will definetly be calling her my stylist from now on!😁🩷 That being said, I loved the other stylists I met there as well, and from what I could see with their clients they are also very talented as well, and again so friendly!! I felt right at home and so warm and comfortable, it's truly an amazing place!! So clearly I highly recommend this Elite 😉 hair salon!! I won't be going anywhere else! My daughter is actually currently getting her hair done right now with the talented and amazing stylist Alexis! Once completed I'll upload photos of my daughter's hair and mine. For reference, I got a dark hair to almost platinum blonde balayage, and my daughter is getting full highlights and low lights, plus we both got a trim as well. Thank you Woodlands Hair...

I booked for a cut & style which is $56+ okay cool. No issues. Prior to booking I called and asked if they specialized in kinky hair, the person on the phone was so monotone and she cut me off while speaking. Bad impression. Anyways I go in and was greeted with “can I help you?” From a woman behind the counter whom had a confused look. I get it, most people don’t come in with kinky hair. Cool, no issues. My hairstylist was Alexis. She was AMAZING and accommodated me on everything I asked for…10/10 recommend booking her

Had my first “bad” hair experience here. Was looking to get a black to light/bright blue ombré and clean up my dead ends. I left with black hair with DARK blue highlights and my hair 5-6inches shorter! Was there from 8:30AM-3:30PM. I provided photos of what I wanted and was told that it would not be a problem. When I told the stylist I was unhappy about the length she said that it was because my hair was uneven and she cut an inch off the shortest length. I had layers in my hair and only asked for a trim. I was never told that all my layers would be cut off and that’d she’d be taking off an additional inch from my shortest length prior to cutting. This is one of those horror hair experiences. My hair is literally black with a hint of blue highlights. It was supposed to have black roots and the rest be shades of blue getting lighter and lighter until the ends are more of an ice blue, like an ombré, but there is only one very dark shade of blue, despite the fact that she did use two different blues in two different bowls, the lighter shades never showed up. I don’t know what went wrong, but if you want a more complex hairstyle DO NOT GO HERE! Despite the fact that they’ll say they are capable.

P.s. She left bleach setting in my hair while she went to the Armstrong store to get the blue dye. She also said that she would style my hair after color/cut, but that never happened. AND she left my hair dye in for 45minutes, while taking another client in the middle of my appointment AFTER saying my dye should be left on for 20min, but 30min wouldn’t hurt.
