Check all the one star reviews!! This place is EXTREMELY deceptive!!! Avoid here at ALL COSTS! I was seriously so excited to come here based on all the positive reviews which now I'm guessing are paid. I show up and the waitress was extremely rude I should have known then to just leave. Instead I ordered the bahn mi with NO jalapeños, appetizer egg roll and tofu which I asked not spicy because my 17 month old was going to eat the food. I came and asked for a refund for the tofu since it was so spicy myself or my daughter couldn't eat it. They said they would "remake it" and gave me HALF the original portion accusing me of eating half of the food.... Even when I brought the entire container BACK. Oh and the bahn mi was covered in Jalapeños. I have Crohn's disease and CANNOT tolerate jalapeños. They also made me wait 30 minutes for the food but served other people food who came in 10-15 minutes after me. In total I waited an hour for food I couldn't even eat. I asked for the managers number and they gave me a number that DOESNT work. Stay away!!!!!!!

I picked this place for our date night because people seem to love the dumplings. I haven't had any hit the spot since 2019 when I was in Australia. My husband and I were so excited to try the BBQ pork buns, but his had barely any meat inside and one of mine was very undercooked. I had to pull huge globs of goop from mine and it just ruined the experience for me. My other one was fine, at least. The Beijing broth dumplings were fantastic, and I highly recommend them! My husband ordered the beef combo pho and I got the char grilled combo. My dish took me back to Hawaii immediately. The flavors were perfect and I couldn't have been happier. He enjoyed his pho very much, and the "small" was enough for him since we also had dumplings. I can't wait to go back and try different items! We are both still very disappointed with the BBQ buns, but the rest of the food was soo yummy.

As usual things get pretty hectic on grand opening day. Service was "ok" for the first day but it was manageable. They make mistakes , and learn from it in the days to come for a much smoother day. I only had the vegetarian spring rolls, and Pho so I can only review what I ate. From the presentation of the dishes I saw rolling out onto the customers tables looked great, and probably tasted great as well. The spring rolls I ate was very fresh and had all the crunch that came with it. The Pho was decent, but I wished I could have had more brisket in my Large Pho, but other than that the broth was seasoned well and the side items (bean sprouts, limes, and basil) were plenty. I am sure in the months to come this place will be a hot spot to eat a healthy meal on a cold day like today (35 Fahrenheit)

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with both the quality of the food and the lack of proper customer service during my recent visit to your restaurant.

I ordered several items off the menu, including the Vietnamese General Tso tofu dish. Unfortunately, this dish was an absolute letdown. The tofu was encased in a thick batter that had an overwhelmingly bitter taste, making it inedible. Despite being quite embarrassed to complain, I finally spoke up after forcing myself to eat 3-4 pieces, hoping the bitterness might have been a fluke. However, the unpleasant taste persisted, and it was clear that the dish was simply not up to standard.

When I brought this issue to your staff's attention, I was shocked by the lack of understanding and refusal to honor my complaint. Given that the dish cost $12.95 and was, in my estimation, worth around $6 to prepare, it is baffling that you chose to prioritize a few dollars over customer satisfaction. For a mere $6, you’ve not only lost a customer but also left me with a bitter taste, both literally and figuratively.

This experience has left me questioning your commitment to customer satisfaction and basic respect for your patrons. Your restaurant's unwillingness to address a genuine concern speaks volumes about how you value your customers—or rather, how little you do.

I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback to heart and reconsider how you handle customer complaints in the future. Ignoring issues and letting your ego dictate your actions is a surefire way to drive your business into the ground. I had expected much better from your establishment, and I am deeply disappointed by the experience.

Thank you for your attention to...

I wish I could give this place three and a half stars. It just doesn't quite deserve 4 in my opinion. We were super excited to see vegan options so we made a special trip while in town.

The vegan spring rolls were incredibly disappointing. Iceberg lettuce, two thin strawberry slices and baked tofu. No basil, chive or cilantro. They were very bland. The peanut sauce was peanut butter it was so chunky. We added some soy sauce and stirred it in to make it sauce like so we could dip.

Next was the vegan bahn mi which was the biggest disappointment. Bland, unseasoned, limp tofu. No BBQ sauce, chives, pickles or kim che. Just sliced carrots. It was like salad on a roll. I was so disappointed. No sweet or savory flavors - nothing. It was actually unpleasant bitng into the simple white roll and then hitting the limp, white, unseasoned tofu. We didn't even get through half of the sandwich.

The vegan pho was okay. Not very hearty. I appreciated the onions. More soft, bland tofu. I think frying the tofu could enliven it. It was my favorite of the dishes.

Service was okay. Ended up having to go to the pay station to check out. The restaurant smelled good and was clean. Food came out in a timely fashion and seems to be made with fresh ingredients. I was so excited to try this place and ultimately the food was quite a let down. Also no tamari or gluten free soy sauce for gluten free people.

Would I would I eat here again? Yes. Would I look forward to it? No. The pho is fine. The vegan food just seemed completely uninspired despite the delightful...

We ordered takeout from Saigon USA Pho & Grill last weekend. Even after waiting before I left to pick up the meals, the food wasn’t ready and I had to wait. We ordered a Pho Ga (chicken), Vegan Pho and 2 Vegan sandwiches. When I got home the broth containers were not labeled and looked the same . I called them back and asked which brother was which and they said both broths were beef broths. The menu clearly states that the Pho Ga comes with chicken noddle soup and the Vegan Pho comes with a vegetable broth. They told me to come back to get another broth and didn’t even offer to deliver it even though their menu says free delivery for orders over $18. I asked them to have the broth ready when I get there. Of course it wasn’t ready when I arrived. They then told me after all this they didn’t have Chicken broth. We got 2 Vegetable broths. I showed them on their menu that our dishes didn’t include beef broth. One clue should have been if you order vegan dishes, you dont want meat in them. After all of this they didn’t even care.

The reason for a 2 rather than a 1 was though the service was bad, the Pho was good. In a previous review a long time ago I read their broth tasted like dish soap. This is why we never went there after all the years they were open even though we live very close. I don’t agree with that review. The Bahn Mi sandwiches were ok, but a bit dry. In other they add a sauce. I think maybe the sweeter brown sauce that comes with the Pho. That would have been a nice adder to the Bahn...
