Myra helped us get our Speed Queen washer and dryer and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Before buying here we shopped online and Lynn’s was my fourth phone call. Every other retailer focused on how long it would take for the appliances to arrive due to the parts shortages, shipping issues and whatever other problems existed. Myra took the time to ask what type of loads we typically washed, how often, for how many people, etc and made recommendations based on that. After that conversation the shopping was over. I only needed a dryer when we talked but I was so impressed by her knowledge and belief in the products that I bought the set, even paying a little more than I would have at some other retailers. Lynn’s Interiors seems like a nice store but they didn’t have anything that I liked in my price range. I heard that they have another store called Nest in Thibodaux so this review is mostly for that store. I went to Nest and what a difference!! Everything I liked was great quality with excellent prices. The employees were super friendly and not pushy. Danielle was such a sweetheart and was very knowledgeable. I will be back.

I took one star off because Nest isn’t listed online anywhere. It isn’t even on Google or Facebook so that needs to change. I wanted to send my brother their address but it’s not posted. FYI… it’s at the old bingo hall on canal. It’s next to where The Show Department temporarily relocated. I still don’t know the exact address. Can y’all...

Extremely dissatisfied with customer service. Purchased high-end leather living room furniture with extended warranty in September, 2022. In February 2023 we noticed color fading on a couch headrest. Reported to Lynn’s . Initial response: “Normal wear and tear not covered.” Really? Long story short, today received a call telling us couch damage not covered.

In the process of purchasing furniture, I hired a design assistant who worked at the store. ($45 per hour). I was taken to one store, not in Thibodaux, where I purchased six rugs.
