I found this jewelry store on Google maps trying to find a gift for my beautiful lady. I was clueless in what to get but I know I wanted to get her some sort of jewelry. The lady that helped me was super nice and friendly. Her and the owner, I believe, helped me pick out some beautiful earrings for my lady. I am so glad they were there to help me because I was clueless on what to get. The lady that helped me went above and beyond helping me. She even wrapped up my gifr and put in a gift bag, making it look really nice. My lady loved the earrings and was dumbfounded that I had her gift wrapped. I will be shopping here again...

I’ve worn a gold cross on a chain for 40 years…hardly ever was it taken off. It was a gift from my husband and son. Alas, I was devastated when due to wear, it fell off chain…just before my 80th Birthday. I was told Mr. Parker had a lot of work before mine. Shocked and sweaty-eyed when I received call a couple days before the BIG80, my cross was repaired and could be picked up. When I got to store, Cross loop was beautifully repaired, but chain wouldn’t fit through. Instantaneously, they made it work! I have and am wearing my beautiful cross necklace thanks to the wonderfulness of Parker Jewelers.

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I was disappointed in the service provided at this jeweler. I dropped off rings to be resized, and was told I would have an estimate in a few days. I called 10 days later and they had not completed the estimate, then called me back in a couple hours with it. This leads me to believe they had forgotten about my rings until that moment.

The estimate they gave me seemed too pricey, so I did a quick Google search and found another jeweler in Kalamazoo. They were able to resize my rings the same day and charged less than half of what Parker...
