Absolutely horrible. I would never recommend Steve to any individuals looking for appliances. I purchased 5 brand new appliances, they left one for me to install myself after paying them to install it. After months of no response from Steve regarding when they were going to come install it, I finally left a message telling him I was going to hire another company to come do it and send him the bill. He called me minutes later. The fridge makes a persistent high pitched noise now that he "fixed" once and yet the issue persists. I reached out to him multiple times over the last 4 months and again, he won't even acknowledge a response. I honestly think the fridge was not brand new and thus the issues. You would think when buying 5 brand new appliances from someone they would treat you with some respect. Not the case here. I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing appliances from Ring's. Read moreI don't know if this will be helpful for people, but I feel it paints a nice picture of what you might expect from Ring's Appliance. I left a voicemail message with Ring's about a dryer that I was hoping to have repaired. Steve returned my call even though Ring's typically only services what they sell (and I hadn't purchased my dryer from them).
I am writing this because I believe returning my call was a kind gesture, and one that many businesses today might not take the time to do. Steve probably knew he wasn't going to be able to help me (or get any business from me today), but he returned my call anyway and I appreciate that a lot. I will definitely keep Ring's Appliance in mind when I'm looking for a new appliance....
Read moreI called to set up a service call on my dryer that wasn't working & Steve called me back later that night to let me know that things had changed and they would be out the next day to take a look at it. The repairman showed up exactly as Steve said and had the parts necessary to fix my dryer on the spot! Problem solved quickly and efficiently. What's more when I received my bill, you had gone the extra mile and requested Samsung pay for the part. You didn't have to do that and I, the consumer, would never have known the difference, except my bill would have been a lot higher.
