Verizon — Local services in Timberville

I first came by here to add my wife to my cell phone account and we were waited on by Faith. She was very nice and patient whenever I had a question. If she couldn't answer it she said she would ask her manager.

The other week I had my phone replaced because of a battery issue. I had gotten everything but two settings to how I wanted them. I came by on Monday before shipping off the defective phone and was helped by Logan after he was finished with the customer before me. He was so helpful with that customer and told her changes he made to try to save her money.

He started helping me, got the first issue I had resolved and thought he was unsuccessful at getting the other issue taken care of but it turns out he did. Logan is extremely nice and helpful! He is one of the best examples of good customer service...

Donis was a ROCKSTAR. We ended up being there, on the phone with multiple customer service reps for HOURS after starting new services with Verizon. He brought out coloring items for my 4 year old and stickers to help occupy her, he really went above and beyond.

Everyone there initiated conversation, put their heads together to solve our problem, and made sure we didn’t feel like a bother. They really are all about helping to the best of their abilities. Highly recommend this location, worth the drive. I usually dread going into phone stores, now I’m looking forward to visiting again. Logan Lowder,the store manager, is the very best customer representative that we have ever worked with at Verizon. Logan worked with my husband, my son and me last Saturday evening for at least 2 hours upgrading our phones, answering all our multiple questions and even putting the liquid glass on all of our two phones. He had no one helping him through the whole process but did everything that he could to whip out the process in a very professional and diligent manner all the while finding ways to save us money on each phone transaction.
