Roman Pizza Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Timberville

I called in a order and he gentleman read it back EXACTLY how I said it. I get there pick up my order then proceed to go home, not thinking about checking it before I left the restaurant. I get home and half of the food is missing I called back in and they said they could make it for me, I go back in and pickup the food they forgot. I spoke with a lady on the phone this time and once again she responded with the exact same thing I said about what we were missing. I get there to pickup food yet another time and they made everything wrong. The man who greeted us was rude and said that I didn’t order it correctly when I know that I did. I explained to him that the calzone was supposed to have mozzarella cheese in place of the ricotta cheese because my fiancé is allergic. He argued with me saying that I didn’t order that when it said it on the ticket that was on top of the calzone box!! He refused to remake it until I paid for another one so I did then I asked him about refunding the other one, he then again starting arguing with me that he’s not gonna do that. He gets his manager who also said “well you’re getting the new one” meaning she also didn’t want to give me my money back AFTER the man already made me pay for the new one. We just moved into the area and after shopping, need dinner. So we took a chance on this place!

I noticed that most of the reviews were for the pizzas and sandwiches, but not for the Lasagna! My wife has a calzone and raved about it! It looked like it was stuffed with fillings!

For the lasagna, it comes with a salad (with great blue cheese dressing), two hot garlic knots, and a piping hot dish of lasagna! I consider myself a bit of a lasagna snob - this did not disappoint! Perfectly cooked noodles, balanced seasoning, flavorful sauce, stuffed with ground beef!

Terrible service tonight. I called in an order and was told 30 minutes until it would be ready. My husband got there to pick it up 30 minutes later and it hadn't even been put in the oven!!! He had to STAND there and wait another 30 minutes for our food because the guy at the register said it would only be 10 minutes until our food came out. When he finally got our food home his fries were cold and my sub had grease soaked all the way through the bread from sitting for so long.
