We recently had our internet upgraded from always having delays and buffering to a fast and very reliable system with Kustom Theater Kreations. I don’t usually write reviews but I feel I need share what a wonderful experience we have had with Joel and Kaden. And I have to say, the entire experience exceeded my expectations! From the moment of discussing what options would work best for us, to scheduling and installing, Kaden was super friendly and helpful. He explained everything in great detail so that we could make the best decision on what we needed.

When Kaden arrived (pleasantly a few minutes early) he was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He even took off his shoes before entering the house which was a nice change to see from other people who have done work at our house. He then reviewed what the plan was to be sure we were still feeling good about what we had decided and what he was installing and that we didn’t have any questions. He completed the install and then made sure it was working well. He even helped us get our devices set up and made sure they were connected before he left. Once he was done with everything he cleaned up to make sure no trace of install was left behind. The internet speed has been exceptional with multiple devices running at the same time including streaming on more than one device at a time and working via the internet from home. We have been very pleased and impressed with the speed of the internet, the continuous connection and ease of reconnection when we turned our power off for another project. We can even check the status on our phones which is really a cool option we didn’t know we would like so much. Overall, we are very pleased with our new super-fast internet and even more pleased that we went with Kustom Theater Kreations and especially Kaden for the install, this decision has made our life much easier and better. I have used KustomKreations continuously over the last 5 years. My electrician recommended them when I was having a new house built. They installed an extensive system in my home consisting of Ethernet and coax to every room as well as multiple exterior cameras. They also installed a battery backup system in case of a power outage. I recently had security cameras installed in my home by Kustom Theater Kreations. They did a wonderful job, putting the wiring in through a house, fishing the walls and getting the cameras in the exact location that was needed for the best coverage. They took their time and did high-quality work and cleaned up the work area one . Then fully explain the system to me on how to use on my home TV and how to use on my phone app. They have checked in twice to make sure I’m happy with the work and the security system.
