Came w my 9 yo daughter and had a great experience here. We were warmly greeted and promptly seated. The menu has so many mouthwatering options! My daughter exclaimed that she couldnt decide bc everything sounded so good. We ordered the fava bean appetizer snd the yogurt w mint and cucumber. We also got a sultans combo and a beef kabob skewer ala carte. The sultans combo is a plate consisting of rice topped w chicken shawerma and gyros. There is also a portion of salad, hummus, baba ganoush, and garlic dip, a few dolmades, falafel, and a side of pita. The portions were very generous. The beef kabob had big cuts of beef layered w bell pepper, tomato, and onion and was served on some lettuce w a dollop of tzatziki. The beef and vegetables were tender and flavorful. Everything was delicious, well seasoned, and fresh! The the rice had the right amount of salt. The garlic dip was not overpowering. The hummus was creamy and wonderful. The domades were stuffed w rice but did not taste sour. My kid and i fought over the falafel which i thought were fried a bit dark and were a bit too dry but were still nicely spiced. My kid was moaning in gastortorial delight! She has never liked hummus or falafel before but she loved the versions made here. The fava beans were a bit of a surprise. I expected them to be green but they were a tan brown, slicked w olive oil and parsley and tasted heavenly, esp w the nice flat pita they served w it. We were really too full w the sultans plate to eat much of the fava beans and took it home, especially bc they arrived after the entree instead of beforehand, but we enjoyed them later as part of our dinner. The yogurt w cucumber hadnt come by the time we were full so we asked them to cancel that order. We did order pistachio baklava. They were a bit small, but nicely warm and drenched in honey, and lots of nuts! We liked them so much we ordered one to go so i could share them w my brother. I am very happy to have found this place. I like the decore w the warm colors and textiles, wood booths. There is a covered patio and a nice big space inside. Service was warm and friendly. Idefinitely...

From the moment we walked into the Mediterranean restaurant, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly set the tone for a phenomenal dining experience. The atmosphere was cozy yet vibrant, filled with the aroma of spices and freshly grilled dishes that made our mouths water before we even sat down.
Our server, Mo, was the absolute highlight of the night. Not only was he incredibly professional and attentive, but he was also one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant. He guided us through the menu with such enthusiasm and knowledge, making excellent recommendations that did not disappoint. It was clear he truly cared about making our experience special.
Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor — from the creamy hummus and perfectly crisp falafel to the juicy grilled meats and fluffy, aromatic rice. You could taste the authenticity and love in every bite. The seasoning was spot on, the ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was beautiful.
But what truly made this visit unforgettable was Mo’s sweet and thoughtful gesture. Knowing that I have an appreciation for Egyptian culture, he surprised me with a small Egyptian gift that brought tears to my eyes. It was such a heartfelt moment and something I will never forget. That personal touch went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant.
This place isn’t just about amazing food — it’s about the people who make it special. Mo is a gem, and the restaurant is lucky to have someone so passionate, generous, and welcoming on their team. I left with a full belly and a full heart. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending this spot to everyone I know....
Read moreWe’ve been here before and always enjoyed it, until tonight. Very strange experience with our server, who clearly seemed to have a bad attitude from the get go. We ordered the special combo plate, with one substitution we’ve always gotten in the past. Server immediately just said “no. I can’t do it.” I expressed my surprise and explained they’ve done this for us multiple times, but he wouldn’t budge. My adult son then asked what we could perhaps get instead of the grape leaves, and the server stared at him angrily and then looked at me and said “YOU talk to me. What do you want?” I said, “well I told you what we’d like but you said you can’t do it, so I what can you do?” He refused to answer and asked again “what do you want?” I gave him a series of choices and he said “I’ll ask” and walked away.
When our food arrived, we did receive extra falafel, which was fine. We did not, however, receive the fries, fatoush, or tahini that was supposed to come with our order. The server never returned to ask how everything was, so we let it go.
As for the food, it had previously been great and tonight was just okay. The pita was thin and dry and tasted like stale microwaved flatbread. The humus was flavorless and watered down, so thin it dripped off the spoon, and the was covered in far too much paprika.
Sadly, the experience began with us being blatantly disrespected and my son being treated so inexplicably rudely, we’ll never go back. It ended with me having to approach the counter just to pay the check. Not sure what’s going on over there, but I hope they figure it out, because the place started out strong and seems to have just gone way downhill, both in food quality but more...
