The staff was all very nice and pleasant. They were also very helpful and asked if there was anything I was looking for specifically. That was about the only good thing about gear Up. The store was in complete disarray it seemed as if a literal tornado had come through the store and destroyed everything. Nothing seemed to have a place no clear organizational system was in place and packages of all to kinds of merchandise were opened and Strewn about. If I were to walk in to this place not knowin it was a store I would assume that it is a 16 year-old's bedroom. I haven't been in the store since before they split up the rooms but I still found everything I was looking for and when I didn't see it, Angela came over, without having to say a word. Together we just went straight to what I wanted and told me about the product and whether it was a good product in her eyes or suggesting a different one that was better for most customers and had good reviews and so on. This place to put it simply. Is awesome. It's like the TARDIS. Bigger on the inside despite how small the building looks when you first arrive. Gear up has a extensive quality inventory of accessories and equipment for all tactical interests. Especially security and airsoft applications. I was assisted by a young employee by the name of Ian, who proved exceedingly knowledgeable, helpful and very professional in assisting customers.
