Ordered To go. Picked up when told to do so which was 20min. Came in 30 min later to give extra time to cook. We don’t mind waiting for food we understand it takes time to cook. Got home and opened the wings and noticed there wasn’t any sauce we ordered 10 Parmesan garlic on left of picture and 10 mild buffalo on right of picture. Very much lacking sauce. I get it your busy and rushed so we called and spoke with the manager on duty 8/7/22 8:30pm. We were given an excuse that if the wings sit for too long they soak up the sauce. That it’s a butter sauce. Managers solution was to order sauce on the side next time. Correct me if I’m wrong but when you order buffalo sauce on wing you’d expect some sort of orange sauce or even a bit a kick theses were just plain wings with butter and a bit of cheese on the Parmesan garlic. What a great solution to this issue…. I should have automatically know their sauce is butter based and I guess I should have known to order it on the side. Oh and waiting there for it to be ready definitely gave it time to soak up into the wing. What a great first experience…Disappointing. Didn’t even want a refund or anything to compensate just wanted to let them know there wings had no Sauce and all we got was excuses or that we ordered it wrong. Lame customer serve man. Very disappointed in Management!!! Shame on you!!! They continue to disrespect their loyal customers! My group of friends anywhere from 5 to 15 frequent this place every Friday for years. The management does not have any appreciation for its loyal customers. We spend thousands of dollars in this place every year. On this most recent Friday night we were told that trivia on TapTV, which we play, will be turned off at 6 PM so they can turn the tables over (our money isn’t good enough????) We spend hundreds of dollars every Friday night in this place, and when we asked why it was being cut off again, they told us to turn over the tables. There were at least 10 booths open and several tables still open. The manager actually went off, laughing and snickering about our complaint.

Obviously the food and drinks are good because we're there every Friday. The bartenders and wait staff are awesome, especially Kaitlyn who usually waits on us. This past Friday it was Brandon and he did a great job.

100% Divine! ❤️ Fantastic food (Buildaburger with blue cheese grilled mushrooms grilled onions and tomato is incredibly good along with shoestring fries)! Superb service (Taylor, Madison, Steven, Bree, Eliot & others absolutely ROCK)! Great atmosphere (The owners have really made the place beautiful and it's exceptionally comfortable to come here for a meal and/or a drink)! Affordable (The owners have made a particular effort to keep the prices down and complete the great experience for customers. For me that means I can eat out more often which is really an added bonus)! Super clean restaurant and bathrooms (A very important point, in particular, with me - Madison in particular, is always cleaning when she's not waiting on people and it's very impressive, class good for our health)! In case you haven't been here and you're wondering, I don't even notice the bowling noises. But I do notice a lot of happy people bowling which also adds to the wonderful atmosphere!
