CVS — Local services in Tobyhanna Township

Made an appointment weeks ago for a pediatric COVID vaccine. I arrive and after a wait, they tell me that they have pediatric vaccines reserved for a Sanofi clinic on Saturday and it's not their product and they can't use it. I drove 25 minutes for this appointment and the pharmacist said "well can't you go to your local doctor?" "Well does she need it for school?" She does not apologize until I say an apology would have been nice and instead acts like I'm unreasonable to come and expect to get a vaccine we scheduled weeks ago. Maybe CVS can look at their appointments and make sure they have stock available for their scheduled commitments?! She was completely unempathetic and unapologetic. I'm done with CVS. If i could give negative stars I would. The manager of the pharmacy is by far the rudest woman I have ever met. She judges customers on the prescriptions that are prescribed. Gives attitude when people ask simple questions. Continue non work related conversations with coworkers when there are multiple customers in line. Talks down to people when she swears she is right when she’s been proven wrong on multiple occasions. Absolutely refuse to have prescriptions for my family filled just to avoid having this smug woman ruining my day. Very surprised to see I’m the only one writing a review about this monster of a woman and her non existing customer service skills. I can see why this store has a 3 star rating. I waited in line for 20 minutes today (Fri 12/29 3:15ish) to pick up a script for my wife. They were busy I understand the wait. At the end of the line my script is not ready, no problem, I sat and waited maybe 10 minutes and Wendy (very nice), calls me up, finds my order and cashes me out. On the way out I needed a couple of items and could not find Sudafed. The pharmacist was working close to the counter, he acknowledged me and said Sudafed while over the counter is on a shelve directly behind him. I asked him for the product and rather than assist he told me I would have to wait in line again! I left the store and will not go back. His customer service skills...
