Staff is always nice but I'm very frustrated with the digital coupon scam. Everytime mine won't work and corporate says they'll fix it and have trained the employees to apologize and say there must be a glitch. Not cool because most items in my basket I had only got cause I had a coupon. Several of my friends said they have the same issue. Corporate is very hard to get a hold of a human being and if you are irked for the last time you wait 35-40 minutes just to be told same thing... Glitch, they'll fix it and get back with you and never do. It's not just one certain location it's at all I've visited. Corporate also needs to give more payroll money because all stores I've visited are so cluttered and stock sits in isles to be shelved and makes for huge fire hazard and having to move big carts to get what you need. Worse Dollar general on the entire planet. For too many reasons to mention here. They also can’t keep any staff. Managers always quitting. We go here quit often and the same lady is always so rude. She is always on her cell phone and never greets anyone who walks through the door. She acts like its an inconvenience that you shop in the store. When she checks people out she literally says nothing at all.
