Very knowledgeable folks.

I woke up to my heat not working on the first floor and initially thought it had something to do with my thermostat. I went in looking for one and was given advice about what to troubleshoot first and where to go if I was still having trouble. After running through the steps I was able to avoid what I imagine would have been a very expensive call.

I feel like it's hard to find that kind of guidance at the big box stores - and their selection is pretty expansive as well. Saved me a few grey hairs...

Really nice hardware store. For some reason, I love walking around hardware stores browsing at EVERYTHING, but seeking nothing. We made more than 15 trips to Star Hardware in Tolland, CT this weekend. I was impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff. Everyone was extremely l knowledgeable.
