Signature To Go — Restaurant in Tolland

We are so grateful we hired Gaby and Victoria from Signature to Go for our event! They were spot on with all they promised to deliver and more. Everyone at our party raved about the food. They even provided us with two cold salads for the hot day at our request. Hint, hint - their pasta salad was next to none! I know at least two or three people who went back for second orders of sandwiches. Not because they didn't get enough, but they wanted to try other selections. No one went hungry!

We had six or seven sandwiches to choose from, so there was something for everyone from 1 to 92 years old. Also, their amazing daughter, who I won't name here was the best. When we told them we were struggling to find an ice cream vendor for the day, she convinced them to add sundaes to our menu. Thank you, "L"! You will make an amazing manager at your parents dream restaurant someday and Dennis and I will be your greatest customers.

So, my hat's off to Signature to Go!!! Dennis and I are so grateful you were the caterer to answer our call last January. We could not have had better food or a better day!!!

I recently had the pleasure of grabbing a meal from the Signature Kitchen food truck and it was fantastic! From the moment I walked, Gaby and Victoria made me feel welcome, and the menu offered an awesome variety. The flavors were vibrant, fresh, and clearly made with care. Everything we tried was absolutely mouthwatering, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented.

What really stood out was the attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients. You can tell they put their heart into every dish they serve. Delicious food. We had the wings, wells done, they were made to perfection, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, perfection! My friends had the pastel on bowl, oh my god, so savory, such a perfect twist on the original pastel on, the plantains were sweet and the queso fresco gave it that perfect touch of salt and sour. We also tried the burger, not one bite was left, and the loaded fries with the shaved steak, amazing. ...
