When we first started using Tomball Computer guy they were great, responsive and very helpful. After 3 years of service however that all changed response times were very slow and getting a call back was nearly impossible without having to call back 2-3 times. When they finally came out I got a suggestion to replace one of our main computers I purchased the one based on their tech suggestion. After 4 weeks I was able to schedule the install but was informed that tech was no longer working there. The tech showed up and I couldnt be there so he called and told me what he was going to be doing and that he would be back out the next day to wrap up. This was on a Monday, the FOLLOWING Monday I returned to the office to find nothing had been done beyond the Monday visit so I placed a call to find out what had been done and what was left to do. No return call, called again nothing, 2 weeks went by nothing I finally sent an email asking them for any and all passwords, licenses we had purchased etc be returned if they were not interested in having us as a client. You guessed it NOTHING !!! So a month later I had to call another IT company to come and see what they had done and set up the computer and guess what they had put a password on OUR new PC so it had to be wiped and start fresh. I am not sure if it was ownership changes or what but this is no way to treat a loyal customer. I will not be recommending them to anyone and for the lack of courtesy and respect I would give 0 stars if...

He said he going to try various ways to fix my issue. I asked how does he know if my problem is the motherboard or the hard drive. I sensed that he doesn't know because he didn't give me a straight answer. So I talked to him a little more and I find out he is new at this. So he ended up NOT fixing my computer and now I’m stuck with a $235 bill. I took my PC to another place and they got it running and recovered all files for 100$. I would not recommend...
Read moreThis man is the absolute worst driver. His TX DPS LICENSE is C17883. He kept cutting me and a lot of people off really bad on 610 at 8:15am this morning. He kept swerving in and out of lanes like a drunk person and not turning on his blinkers. If you trust a man like this to handle your computer stuff I would bet he's only there to steal your data and install viruses on your softwares.
It's a shame a company like this would even hire workers to drive their company vehicles in such a wreck-less manner in...
