I stress strongly not to do business at this location. After making an order from the app for $46 I and my mother found out that there was a glitch in the system. The location apparently never received our order. Not their fault. It's frustrating for both parties. The woman working there gave us instructions to drive around and try again give it a few minutes to "maybe show up". The order never showed up on their end. When we showed her all proof of the order through the app and the dates as well as the bank statement showing money had already been taken out... She got an attitude and said "well there's nothing that I can do". I asked for the number to HR or corporate. When she said "No I don't have that number" and "I don't know what that is" I explained to her I have never worked a job of any kind where I did not have to know this number or have access to it. That this is something that she needs to know. She then snapped at me saying that "Ya want to talk to my manager?!". I said yes please I'm just trying to get this fixed. She told me then that I couldn't and to come back in the morning. After emailing and going through corporate the only way we could we have never received the money back. They said to give it 10 days it's been nearly 4 weeks. So in the end you will get nothing but poor customer...
Read moreVery dirty restaurant !!! extremely extremely rude employee I cannot stress the amount of unprofessional and no customer service skills these ppl lack. The woman is very rude. Has no need to be behind a counter or working with people. She has no communication skills. This restaurant was dirty. There was stuff all over the counters floors, there were spiders on the floors. they Absolutely have no business having the store open when I ordered food She messed it up refused to fix her mistake. Told me to call corporate and to go online which I did. The store was completely empty. I’m pretty sure she just wanted to get back to setting at her table while letting the restaurant fall around her. They are very unclean people there and this whole store needs to be closed or just re-employed it was disgusting and this was such a disappointment when we only get Jack-in-the-Box once maybe every six months this is very disappointing. Read moreMy husband and I drove 5 1/2 hours to visit family and wanted something quick to eat. I was more than disappointed by the the substandard service. My order was wrong and the tacos were so tough they could break your teeth. My husband asked to speak to the manager , who I think her name was laura. She was rude and dismissive. She acted as if it was our fault the food sucked. My husband asked her to replace the tacos and she rolled her eyes at him, and then yelled at the employees to "hurry up and dont fu*k it up this time".I couldn't believe that someone in a management position would talk to not only customers this way, but also employees I was appalled. My family and I will never go there again.
Update: the owner did call us and was very kind and understanding. It's nice to know that concerns are taken seriously...
