Response because it wont let me respond to the the accusations: Just to be clear, I do NOT steal.l What bothers me is the fact that nobody was willing to give us the time of day to be able to even learn about such accusations let alone tell us what they were until we tried to speak to whoever is in charge or get a name. I would have preferred the police were called because we did nothing wrong. Did you guys even get the names of the geniuses who keep stealing at least one out of those 3 times? It's kind of you to use discretion but we didnt do anything wrong and they refused to even give us the name. I apologize for the rudeness but that's exactly how I've been treated and being innocent makes this a even more upsetting but if you are so convinced this was me I would love to schedule a meeting so I can at least try to prove our innocents because we just started visiting your stores and absolutely love them but now I dont even want to wear a mask in public ( Doctors orders) Maybe you need to do your research first before throwing paying customers out. For the record I have only been to each owls nest location one time before I was kicked out and apparently framed by someone with a problem who apparently has similar eyes. I would have and will gladly ( at a safe distance) will happy to show my face and even show proof of who I am. So far all I've gotten is a rude response on here but we can be adults out this and I can help you learn which isnt your thrift store bandit or my doppleganger... please contact me .

I was in this store very recently, and was enjoying my time shopping with a friend when the woman working there approached me and said that my friend and I had to leave. She also rudely asked if I had a twin sister, I said no but she told me to go get my friend who they werent barely willing to say a word to. When asked about it she said she had received a phone call from someone from the other store who said we are both banned from both stores. Again we asked why and after jot getting a clear answer we asked to speak with someone about this and she said they werent there. I'm confused because if they have cameras why cant they watch and see that I in fact, did NOT steal but they refused to give a name or way to contact anyone about this. Could have been because I was wearing a mask to protect myself and others or possibly a race related issue but for them to assume such things and have no explanations and no way to contact her boss not even a name, that is a terrible way go treat a customer who would have sent alot of money in the establishment now and in the future but I guess that is not their goal. Absolutely love to place all kind of knick-knacks and DIY crafts to people's collections out of all kinds of memorabilia. Never know what you might find my find a diamond in the rust it's just like a big flea market. the place takes in a lot of my money because every time I got to find something neat that I want!! this was an amazing idea wish I'd have thought of it myself I give the owners props!!Great food, Great Service. Great location. Fresh Food. Better than average accuracy. All around good establishment. A+ in my book! I would recommend to anyone. Went there for the first time in months and a mouse ran across the area I was walking. I mean ok one mouse…it was weird but maybe something to expect in a place that big..still gross. Then I was walking down the last aisle before leaving and there was a cockroach just hanging out almost reaching out like it was trying to hitch a ride on the next passerby….and not a wood roach either. Also saw an item advertised as a red fairy lamp when it’s actually an amber one that was spray painted. Idk. This was just a bad experience today….get pest control in there. Gross.
