Tonight was highly dissatisfied. I had an online order and went through the drive through for pickup. All was fine until the car before us at the window. We were sitting behind this car for 30 minutes. The lady was irritated (as were us and the cars behind us) that it was taking a long time. The guy at the window after talking to the lady closed the window mid conversation with her and she drove off. We got to the window. There was a young girl, she told us she’s been there for a week, but she said our food will be out in a minute and handed us our drinks. Mine being a freeze which was already half melted. Waiting and waiting I then wave down someone and ask for an ETA and she wasn’t sure so I asked for a manager and he said they had one line open. I asked if I could just get a refund so I could go somewhere else because at this point I’ve been in the drive through post telling them I have an online order... for an hour and at the window for 30 minutes. From telling them I arrived to actually getting my food was an hour. I’ve never waited in line that long before as I’m usually from beginning of the line to end in 30 - 45 minutes. Not just from speaker to food. There was even an employee not wearing a mask. It will probably be quite a while before I go to this location again as the customer service was low. We were not given an ETA while at the window just an I don’t know.
*UPDATE Going again few months later and still trash. Something has to be done with this location. Go to order online this time for lobby pickup (because I was told the last time this would be faster) order at 5pm to pick up at 6:30pm and get there the doors are locked (no sign btw) phones aren’t working. So I knock. Tell them I have an online order they said they’re only doing drive thru so they didn’t even start my food! Told me to get in line so I had to wait yet another hour because they’re slow as all hell just to get food. Said I wanted a refund and was told I couldn’t get it because it was online so I had to call corporate. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION...
Read moreI would make the rating lower but that is not an option. We went and sat in the drive thru for 10 min. with only 2 cars ahead of us. Ordered 6 items as normally made. Nothing special. Messed up order no box to read. Verbally corrected. Still messed up order. Get order. And 2 of 6 items are not what were ordered nor were they what was on the receipt. Next 16 minutes in the drive thru. Girl was rude when we finally got to the window. Manager wants your food and receipt. We gave them. We got back a bag of thrown together w the food we were not given that we paid for which was still wrong to begin w. No sorry, just, there, and have a good day. Off she went. We stayed. Next time I told her I wanted the manager. She brought some kid who basically said I don't know what your problem is. I requested managers name and number. He walked away w o a word and another man came to the window. He was the morning manager. Or said he was. Showed the bag, explained the situation. He said AND. Ok , again I requested store managers name and number. Refused. He finally gave his name when I pushed. His name is Felix. Read moreYou would have to be extremely desperate and patient to visit this Taco Bell location. I waited for an hour in the drive thru last evening. Their drive thru lane has a curb with a slope on one side and a 3 foot concrete wall on the other side, so I couldn't have left without having the cars behind me back up. When I got up to the speaker to order, a voice came on and said they would be with me shortly. Five minutes later, someone finally took my order. When I got up to the pick up window, I could see 6 employees. One of them was taking drive thru orders and money and filling drinks, and another one was filling food orders. The one filling food orders was moving slower than a 7 day itch. I have no idea what the other 4 employees were supposed to be doing, because their lobby is currently closed. I saw them walk back and forth several times while talking to each other. I don't think the issue here is lack of employees to work, but lack of management oversight.
