On the other side, it walks you through what you need to do as a buyer once an agreement is reached. For a busy household with children and two working parents, it kept everything on track!

When Gina first got her license I asked her to set up a search for me. I wasn't ready to sell and purchase and she knew that. She also knew that the time would come and through the passive searching we'd be better equipped to find the best property for me to call home. Over the years that search changed multiple times. Gina would check in with me from time to time and we would go see properties. This was a very good way for me to stay educated on the market and to keep my eyes open just in case. Then about a year ago my passive search became a need to purchase. I had a time crunch to find and purchase a new home in a very difficult market. In addition to all of her hard work to identify opportunities before they hit the market Gina referred me to a Loan Officer who was knowledgeable and thorough and exactly what I needed. During my search there were properties that I would panic over and Gina would remind me to check my standards and to stay the course. After several declined offers she found "the one". With Gina and her amazing team's support I was able to purchase my beautiful new home in Georgetown and I couldn't be happier!
