Whoopie! These babies are good. I had the pumpkin which features 2 discs of moist, flavorful pumpkin cake sandwiching smooth, surprisingly light cream cheese frosting. Not too sweet and the perfect mix to flavors and textures, every bite was better than the last. I also had the salted caramel which was less satisfying, as it tasted mainly like a chocolate cake with vanilla cream and a bit of caramel inside.
