We switched to cable because of the high prices for direct tv. We tried it for about 6 months. We had no issues at all with the service. We also had phone with it as well as the internet. We decided after our 6 month suspension with direct tv and trying cable we decided to go back because we missed recording things like movies and the kids shows. We were not always home due to sports and activites to be home on time to watch certain things. And we missed being able to watch at a later time. We also switched phone companies only because my brother has a phone company so we went with him. As for the internet...well we tried hughes net and it was awful!....and where we live you cant get verizon or fios or any other provider. We were lucky enough to get blue devil out our way. We really have had no issues with the service. We did have to upgrade our router but other than that we rarely have trouble. The techs are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing and make sure all is good before leaving. We have many people on phones or games or computers at all times during the day and we are all fine with connection. Any issues we have had were handled quick and done easily. The receptionist is very friendly and quite helpful. I would recommend blue devil to anyone...

I decided to cancel my service and switch to another company. for only $5 more at t-mobile i get 600+mbps. as soon as i switched i unplugged my old router. I tried to contact Blue Devil several times to cancel my service and no one answered me. i left messages hoping someone would get back to me and help me. no one ever did and i continued to receive bills in the mail. i recently decided to email blue devil about this and i was told if i did not return their modem that i would owe them $500. the funny this is, i don’t have their modem. several years ago when i first got blue devil, yes i had their modem. however, it was very outdated and did not work so i returned it and purchased my own. i proceeded to tell them this and never got a response back. blue devil cable is a joke of a company and they are the equivalent to the cable company on south park. please avoid this company at all costs and save yourself a lot of...

Thinking you were aware of this ourage, I was wrong! As of 10pm, AGAIN , outage... no landline, no internet, this time, I was able to get through to their customer service on my cell I was told that they weren't aware about the outage last night, but then she said she did get a call. Wait what? Why was it not fixed correctly! Then at 10 pm tonight. Repeat, no internet, no landline! This time I did call. She stated she did get calls this evening, they'll call their service person!
