This is the only internet company available in the area. We paid by money order, received receipt from kind installer, internet was on. First bill came and there were outrageous prices saying we didn't pay installation (the money order we paid with), we called, were informed they mailed the money order to us- we never received it. Have proof of receipts from installer, they waived the fee as should, paid our bill. Following month, receive outrageous bill again with "different fees we didn't sign up for", call in day received bill that isn't due for another week or two. The women was rude and argumentative, claimed to be a manager when we asked for one, once she blamed us for their postal error (not sending check back in a certified letter to be signed for since this is money after all you would think it would be of importance or call us and say "hey, please come on office and sign or hey there's no signature we are mailing this out be on look out for next so and so days do ensure you've received it, nothing, never came.) so this rude and malicious employee claiming to be a manager then turned off our service at approximately 340pm Friday as their office closed at 4. And our bill isn't due, no care for customer satisfaction and due to their incompetent accounting error in which she is blaming her mistake on the customer that has zero control over her error (cannot control postal service, cannot control the fact that we paid, have receipt from your installer, and the second attempt at collection was resolved bc it was company error not customer, third attempt to collect was same information with new women who was them malicious with her "power of button" whilst bill isn't due yet and this matter was resolved a month before and two months before that was paid in full.

Called and made a payment agreement to pay $200.00 on January 5th 2018 since they claimed that's what I owed to keep services on....well I called this morning to fulfill my payment agreement of $200 and the unprofessional unkind lady who answered the phone told me I have to pay 75$ more and even after telling her I called and made arrangements to pay $200 she argued with me and told me she don't know what to tell me that I either pay the 75$ more or it gets disconnected so I told her to just disconnect it and as soon as I hung up low and behold she wasted no time turning it off lol !!!!
