Ive been here numerous times over the past couple of years for a quick and friendly job of getting keys made. Butch is so kind and helpful! Yesterday, I needed two keys made and within 2-3 minutes he had them done and helped me put matching rubber key rings on them to match my old ones. Then I casually mentioned that my key fob for my car had been acting funny, like the battery was dying, no problem at all! He said they do them all the time and within about another minute or two had carefully and craftily opened the fob, popped out the old battery and replaced it. Total Cost? under ten bucks, AND I was in there for a total of maybe a whole 5 minutes! Then I told him my car needed an alignment and he referred me to two great local places. Never buy a battery from here! I have bought batteries for both of my vehicles from here and was sold batteries that were to small for both vehicles! One of the batteries that I bought was bad When I bought it. I took it back and he told me to take it home and put it on a slow charge which I did and it worked for a short time and then quit again. I took it back and he still didn't want to warranty the battery, He told me there was nothing wrong with the battery and that my car must have electrical problems which it didn't! He eventually warranted the battery and it worked okay for about a year, It's now dead again. I bought a new battery from Napa and just cut my losses.. worst...
