Rusty Bull Taco Co. — Restaurant in Toronto

Very large disappointment. Always see the place busy, daily advertisements for good deals and activities. Decided to go on a Friday for their fish tacos and $3 beers,,, arrived to a nearly full house...then the dissapointment followed. The food arrived in stages with many minutes in between...one taco...then beans...the other taco. The place was swarming with flies which was annoying and the fish tacos were the worst I've ever tasted. When the fly issue was addressed to the waitress, she laughed and said that's what you get here. When asked for management, was told that no one was available. Clearly there was no possible resolution...both waitresses were extremely rude and immature. I clearly wasted and lost $25 The people who go there must be of a level that don't mind flies. I have had the beef taco and the beans...they are good but clearly as that was a to go order that is the only way to do it. I clearly understand that young staff are more immature but when something reaches a level where management is requested, even if not available, a more professional level should be exhibited. These girls were laughing on our exit. I will never go there again, not even for to go. A very sad experience and truly this only deserves half a star but it does not give me that option. I wanted to love this place but there’s a few things that need improvement before I would spend my money here again.. The place is decorated very cute and the workers always seems to be nice & friendly. The food itself is not very good. We’ve ordered the rice bowls and tacos and both were very bland with little flavor and their pico tastes like it’s out of a can. If they could improve their recipe, adding more flavor and bang for your buck it would totally be worth it.
