Tim was quick to respond and was able to deliver it the same day. He was awesome and we will be purchasing the rest of our appliances through him.

Update: He was great at what I reviewed previously with 5 stars when we purchased in August and he has completely lost our business forever. He mentioned that if there was every any issues to call and he will come out and fix it and said his priority is taking care of his customers. He mentioned that his dad would roll over in his grave if he didn’t take care of his customers. We have called multiple times about our dryer that doesn’t dry unless it is on timed try. That’s the only time it blows out heat. Then our washer quit working. We called about that too and have yet to receive a phone call back about coming out to look at it.

Final update: he will not fix it like he had said when we purchased them and wants to charge for labor and parts. I have tried to contact him since less than two weeks from originally purchasing the washer and dryer and never was able to get ahold of him until he was ready to come out after the most recent phone call. He also tried to say that if it has a locking mechanism in it he doesn’t work on them. He was the one that sold it and the washer has a locking mechanism that locks when the load starts. Don’t waste your money here and go...

Great customer Service that will leave you smiling and with money in your pocket!! Don and his worker's are great, courteous individuals! My niece and I went on Monday. She was looking for and purchased a used refrigerator (which included a 30 day warranty). For a small delivery fee, she also had it delivered to Weirton - they loaded it as we were leaving and showed up-within 30 minutes after paying for it.. which is unheard of!!. She's so happy!! We just bought the washer for my dad from them on Monday. It got delivered on Wednesday. It is now Friday. Washer keeps filling up, won’t physically wash the clothes just fills up, stops, then fills up again. When it clicked like it was going to start spinning to wash the clothes, it sparked at the bottom of it. I called to mention of the issue because this is the first time using it. Got told the guy that does the repairs is out for a week.

I’ll update this if anyone actually gets to us because it seems like I have to keep calling even when I wanted to get my delivery we had to keep calling to get an estimate of when we would get it. We also have a guaranteed 30...
