You gotta jump through freaking hurdles with them to get anything that’s controlled filled without a bunch of hassle and ignorance. I had gotten something filled at Walgreens that I have a bad reaction to previously , but I had someone else pick up my prescription for me so I didn’t realize it was the same manufacturer until I had already had it home so they wouldn’t accept it back, my doctor knows I use my medicine responsibly so she was willing to send another script for me here, because they have the manufacturer that I’m familiar either and my insurance was willing to cover it as well , they all discussed this with the pharmacy. I told Walgreens I could give them the medicine back, but they said they don’t take it back, And the pharmacist I spoke to here said Walgreens should be dealing with that , So I discarded of my medicine like I was told to do by my dr! Now they’re demanding I bring the medicine back before they fill it, even though I didn’t even get it here, when they previously said that’s for Walgreens to deal with! Will not be coming back, Just cause a lot of people in the town are junkies doesn’t mean you gotta treat everyone else like one. Will stick to my other...

First refills I had done weren't counted correctly, second time picking up my scripts for bronchitis, they wouldn't call the hospital for a generic antibiotic for the bronchitis, told me that that's my job. Very disappointed. I was looking for an OTC nasal decongestant and was totally blown off by the owner pharmacist. His assistant was obviously annoyed with the counter person who asked for their help. Last time I will go there.
