overrated for sure. finding parking close to the entrance is almost impossible. elevators take forever especially if you live on the higher floors. it would always take me like 6+ minutes to walk from my room (i lived at the end of the hall) to get to where i parked which would usually be far. doing laundry was a hassle i’d have to walk back and forth from the end of the hall all the way to the other side. greiner is also a lot more antisocial than ellicot or govs where i lived last year which could be because there are no communal bathrooms. i barely met anyone new or made any new friends that lived in greiner during the whole year i lived there since everyone mostly keeps to themselves in their groups. all rooms are 2 doubles so you’re paying for twice the price to share a room with someone when you could get a place with your own room off campus for half the price. also so expensive you’re better off living somewhere else to be honest...
