If you're starving and looking for a place to eat on campus, this place offers the best bang for your buck.
That said, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here if I wasn't on campus. Their lunch special comes out to $11 and change, for a similar amount of food that you get in a lunch special at other Chinese places.
The food quality is okay. Nothing fantastic, nothing terrible. There are a few more authentic options that are less commonly found in Chinese take-out restaurants, such as Mapo Tofu. The quality of these though are a bit disappointing; they don't really compare to how it would really be made...
Read moreThe taste is above meh grade but for the money can't complain. My appetite is below normal but the $7.50 combo easily lasts me two meals, and I think it's their most popular offering. Choice between fried rice, lo Mein and plain rice, the lo mein is probably the most filling but their fried rice is also really tasty. Not a fan of the General Tsos, it's a little too chewy for my taste but most of the other meat offerings are pretty good.
