Paul with his 40 years of experience, guides you through the process, starting with the design. Whether it’s something you come up with or an idea of what you want, or giving him free reign to design it for you, he keeps you involved, sending pictures before it’s made, asking your feedback, and giving you an honest opinion if you want added touches, if it will work with the piece itself. Ultimately it’s your choice and he’ll do whatever you want! He guides his staff with his knowledge and experience, making them better at the craft. All the staff genuinely care that when you walk out the door, you are completely satisfied with your purchase!

Paul’s Jewelry Design has helped and served me twice in the last few years. First was when I was gifted a necklace that my Dad had given my Mom. It was my birthstone but not something I would wear. With my Mom’s blessing I reached out to Paul. He redeemed the necklace at a fair price and then help me pick out a ring, with my birthstone that I wear daily and reminds me of my parents love. Recently I returned to Paul’s after my Mom’s passing. Again I had been gifted several pieces. Paul redeemed these items also. Then he designed a ring that would remind me of my Mom and updated my engagement ring at the same time. It was well worn after 48 years. He also resized my wedding band. It is beautiful! I couldn’t be happier. It is worn daily and reminds me of family and love! Paul and his co-workers are kind, knowledgable, and timely. I would highly recommend Paul’s for all your jewelry...

Last year I bought an engagement from Paul's Jewelry. Everything was awesome from start to finish. Six months later my finance and I go to Paul's Jewelry to have Paul make our wedding bands. We worked with Paul on our design. Man did it come out great!!!!! So this is where the story gets going. Paul's Jewelry called me a couple of times to come back in to see if the rings fit. I procrastinated. Kristin goes and pays the difference and picks up the rings. I get home from work on Saturday at 5 and the ring doesn't fit. I immediately call Paul's Jewelry and Angel answered the phone and told me to bring the ring back on Monday. On Monday I meet with Angel and my ring was resized and back in my hand on Wednesday afternoon with two days to spare. Paul's Jewelry went out of there way to make this happen for me. I will be buying all my jewelry from Paul's...
