Kohl's — Local services in Town of Aurelius

This store never has anything anymore. We went during the weekend, during the afternoon. Nobody was in any of the areas to help with anything. Everything has been picked over for a couple yrs now. Their dressing rooms are still closed in juniors. Another wasted trip. Absolutely nothing like it used to be. When they opened years a go I used to spend 1000s and come out with bags full. Now we usually leave empty handed. Their coupons are too confusing now too. Can't use them on anything you want to buy. Not even a simple pair of shoes or pants just because of the brand. I understand not being able to use them on big ticket items but...

Sometimes judging a business on a day like Black Friday isn't too wise. I'm glad I waited to do this review. I bought a gift from Amazon and had to return it because it was colliding with my niece and nephew's gift to their mother. Dreading the shipping return on this product, I pulled up Amazon. I found out that they are partnered with Kohls; so all I had to do is bring it to our local Kohls for a free return. Every sales associate I ran into as I headed to their drop-off area greeted me with a smile asking if I needed assistance. I left with a 25% coupon for anything bought within Kohls. I like to store a little disappointed there was no one there to help you fit your shoes. If you sell them you think someone will be there to help you but they said no one. Well I got an answer back from the store they said they'll look into it I asked the manager of the store when I came in they they said this is her words we don't have people working in the shoe department anymore it's all up to you which I think is ridiculous thank you. Just amazing how they put on their old will look into it we're sorry there was no one available well there's no one available cuz you have no one there at the store that does...
