Paris 1 Nail — Local services in Town of Babylon

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I WOULD.I had a 1:30 appointment (which didn’t start until 1:50) for my service which was supposed to be a gel pedicure and gel X application. I was on a time crunch so I was willing to give up a my pedicure service to save time. Once I realized that I had to soak off my previous nails, I let her know that it would make the most sense to do my pedicure while my nails soaked. She denied my pedicure request and gave it to another person with NO APPOINTMENT. Although I gave up a service I still was not serviced for an HOUR AND A HALF from my initial appointment time. Once I finally got started, the man was rushing…and putting all of my nails on crooked. When I pointed out that he was putting the nails on crooked, he got aggravated and just gave up doing my service completely and told me to wait for the owner to do my nails who was already still servicing another person, mind you she was still servicing another person which means I had to wait even more. This was completely unacceptable, especially since she knew I had a time constraint. So it ended up being two hours since I’ve been in the salon WITH an appointment, WITH NO SERVICES rendered. When I expressed my concerns, the owner laughed and was completely rude. She was prioritizing her WHITE customers and did not care about her black customers. DO...

This salon only does gel services. So when I asked for an acrylic toe they said they couldn’t do it. I skipped the pedicure and I asked for gel manicure with a little razzle. I want a different shade of pink on each finger so it looks like ombré (fykyk). The lady doing my nails was not helpful at selecting colors and when she painted the nails I didn’t like them. I could feel her frustration. So I said forget it let’s just do a solid color and a glitter nail because you can’t go wrong with a glitter nail. The glitter was way too dark for my hot pink. I told her politely I did not like how dark it was and her behavior was not acceptable. She started huffing and puffing and gave me a “are you kidding me” look. I don’t think this is appropriate considering I’m paying for a service. I would not return here again and am not impressed as this was my first time here. Do not recommend. When I was paying my nails I handed her my card and she placed it on the counter instead of handing me my card. It was done spitefully. Chrissy did my nails today and I am OBSESSED!!! Everyone was super nice. Shop is clean. Reasonable prices. I will be a return customer for sure! Highly recommend this place! 10/10 _

I have been a loyal customer of this salon for the past year, visiting every two weeks, and I am still as impressed as I was on day one. The quality of service has remained consistently high, and I can confidently say that Chrissy does THE BEST NAILS ever!

The team continues to be super friendly and the shop is always clean. The prices are still reasonable and the value for money is exceptional. I’ve uploaded more pictures to showcase the fantastic work they do.
