Good Taste Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Not a good experience. Had a very difficult time just ordering with the person on phone and then of course wrong food was delivered despite my repetition of selections throughout the ordering process. It was our first time ordering here and I guess we are just to used to others we usually order from. Food was just eh. The general Tso was good and reminiscent of some we used to like elsewhere in the past. My husband said the egg roll was the worst he's ever had as tgere was virtually no filling. Lo mein is weird and tastes like horseradish so that was a bust for what is usually my son's favorite. I couldn't eat much of my meal because it was wrong. Won't be ordering again and with so many better options in Lindy, I'm annoyed we triwd something new and wasted the money here....

On a regular day i would order food here on the weekends but tonight i think one of the staff was having a bad day and became very belligerent and combative. I explain i will pay cash and he stated that the driver didn't have a credit care machine. I kindly asked if he was able to hear me ,since his comments didn't make any sense. And he began to use obscene language while the lady in the background kept asking him to stop. This experience was unacceptable and unprofessional . I refuse to do business with this establishment, it is never ok to blatantly disrespect your customers for no apparent reason.This only make me wonder about the preparation of my food because he felt like he was...

I’ve been ordering here for the past three years and the food is great. But ordering for delivery has always been a problem with and RUSHED customer service. The lady is always RUDE and when asking if my order came with eggrolls and soda she yelled with attitude saying it was either or, and that she was really busy at the money for me to be choosing and hung up. I called back to get my order right and get what I ordered and what I WANT either soda or the rollls. She picked up and I explained that to her, she then again said she was the only one there to pick up orders and that she was really busy to provide me with service for MY ORDER and again hung up.
